[oman-l] Specialized lists?

<I have followed, with some interest, this discussion. Since the time
when I first initiated the Oman list (and others), I have been struck by
the disturbingly small amount of traffic. Where else is there a such a
broad forum to share our wide-ranging interests?!  And, now, there is
the suggestion that we split the list by subject areas! I can see NO
justification for this, until and unless the conversation becomes
frequent (dishdasha colors, anyone? [And _I_ liked that discussion!]).

You're absolutely right ED,
Lets keep the list as is with this low traffic. I am on a mailing list for
Salukis (Arab hunting dog" with 100 downloads a day without splitting so
Oman -list subscribers should manage.
