Dear everyone

I have learned much from your discussions about Oman, but now wish to
terminate my passive approach and ask you for your suggestions in response
to the following matter:

My parents live in Oman again, after an absence of 10 years.  It is their
favourite country, and they are very happy to be able to celebrate their
25th wedding anniversary there.  My sister and I will join them  to
celebrate, but as I am uncertain how extensive their circle of friends is,
and the date of their anniversary is close to other festive days, I believe
a small family celebration to be appropriate, also because we do not see
each other often. I would like the occassion to be very special in terms of
activity or setting, and would appreciate suggestions for perhaps
restaurants, catering for small parties, events, or even destinations, which 

you feel would be suitable for the occassion.
