Oman's ministry of infromation is re-organizing its presence in 
the WWW, and that's why the old pages can't be reached at 
omanet.com

I am not sure whether Dr. Teitelbaum is on the list and has received 
Rashid's posting of the English version of the basic law (I can forward 
Rashid's posting if necessary). In any case, there 
is also the ICL edition based on the unofficial translation by the 
Ministry of Information. The best way to get into it is from 
http://www.uni-wuerzburg.de/law/mu00000_.html and to move on 
to the next pages. The official entry is through 
http://www.uni-wuerzburg.de/law/mu_indx.html

It's an interesting project because the main aim of this website 
is to facilitate comparative studies of constitutions.
