Just to set the record straight:

http://www.kuwait.net/~alwatan  and
http://www.al-watan.kuwait.net
were the former URLs of al-Watan Newspaper, Kuwait, 
and they are NO LONGER WORKING.

Kuwait's  al-Watan is NOW AT http://alwatan.Q8.net/alwatan

The Omani Arabic daily al-Watan is only at 
http://www.watanom.com

There is NO connection between the two newspapers.
