Rashid has a good suggestion that a poster on the list insert a short
descriptive phrase or specialized/keyword, preferably in the title line, of a
post. That insertion, as a "tag," would enable those subscribers interested
in the subject of particular interest to open and read that item, while the
general-interest items could also be posted and enjoyed by all subscribers.
The relatively modest volume of postings normally apparent on the list should
accomodate such divesified entries without bogging down the list or burdening
the sysop.

When the Oman list grows, in sha' Allah, in the future may necessitate a
relook and possible expansion into separate categories, etc. For now, the
list seems adequate, but the main responsibility for its harmonious operation
rests on the subscribers for their awareness and courtesy in adding the extra
thought and effort to add the tag before posting.
