Dear Sir,
What has happened to the Ed Haynes list. I have received nothing for 
3 weeks. But I have also had some problems with my server in that 
time. Is the list still operational?
And no-one replied, to my knowledge, to my query concerning the 
"Dan" dancers mentioned in Holton's book. Can you contribute anything 
yourself or any contacts who might be able to shed more light on 
them and the other tradition I alluded to (from memory) in my 
origianl posting on that listserve?
