   In  the  South  of  Russia  in  the  Lower  Volga  Area  in  the 
Volgograd  city  there  began  the  construction  of  the  Regional 
Cathedral   Mosque. 2,5  hectares  of  land  were  alloted  to  Moslems  of
 the  Volgograd  Area  for  the  construction  of  the Isla- mic  Centre. 
The  Islamic  Centre  complex  includes:  Cathedral   Mosque,   College and
 Business  Centre. All  of  there  mentioned  will  locate  on  the  bank 
of  the  Islamic  religion,  culture  and  traditions.  The  Islamic 
Centre  is  engaged  in  the  construction  under  the  hardest  economic 
conditions  without  having  necessary  finances.
   We  appeal  to  all  those  truly  belivers  to  help the  belivers  of 
the  Volgograd  Area  with  finances  for  the  construction  of  the 
Regional  Cathedral  Mosque.
   Those  who render  financial  help  for  the  construction  of  the 
Islamic  Centre  will  be  recorded  in  the  Memory  Book  of  the 
Regional  Cathedral  Mosque.  Future  generatuons  will  know  the  names 
of  this  pleasing  to  God  action  participants.
