[oman-l] GTO website changes ?

It seems to me that from July 1998 the websites of GTO are maintained by
SSB Suhail and Saud Bahwan Computer Division (before, GTO websites were
designed by Legend Computers LLC). As a result, some URLs have changed,
e.g. the guestbook at http://www.gto.net.om/book.shtml has disappeared
and the new link http://om1.gto.net.om/ssb/english/guestbook.htm as well
as other links on the start page  are not yet activated. 
Can anyone supply more information on these changes?
