It seems Omani women students (or their parents) prefer the UK - at least 
I have the impression that Glasgow is full of female Omani students, and 
they usually have Internet access through their university, but I don't
think 
there are any on this list. Anyway, my impression is that also many women 
in Oman itself use the Internet.

I am not sure, but there are many female staff members mentioned in the
e-mail 
directories of SQU (see the SQU website at http://www.squ.edu.om.)
