It's called the "House of Prose" , and it's in Al Wadi Centre which is 
one of the smaller shopping centres near the so-called SABCO Centre 
(when you enter the shopping centre parking area from the road leading 
to Qurum, go straight to the end - Al Wadi Centre is the last building on 
the right hand side, and the "House of Prose" is on the upper 
floor). Tel. is 564256 (or is it 564356 ??) - call and ask for directions.
