[oman-l] Black-Listing in Oman

I am writing to ask if any Omani nationals can give me some answers to the
following questions:

(1) Is it possible for a person to establish if he has been black-listed by
the Omani authorities, and if so, how can this problem be addressed?

(2) Is it possible for a person who has apparently been mistakenly
black-listed to have his name removed from the black-list?

(3) Who can be contacted for help if someone finds that they have been
black-listed?

(4) What could be the reasons for a person being black-listed?


If anyone can answer any or all of the above questions, I would be extremely
grateful to hear from them either via the Oman list or by contacting me
directly.
