First Omani minister to visit Baghdad since 10 years

The Omani news agency said on Sunday said that the Omani minister 
of commerce and industry Maqboul Bin Ali Bin Sultan will head today 
for Baghdad in the first visit of its kind to be held by a member of the 
Omani government to Iraq since the eruption of the Gulf war in 1991.
