You could try Oman Economic Review (www.oeronline.com) which also appears in
print.  They have an Ask an Expert option in the navigation bar where you
could get more information.

Business Today is published monthly by Apex Publishing but was not online
the last I knew.

Omani portals include www.omanonline.com, www.omaninfo.com and
www.omanpages.com.  There are others.

A lot of chat goes on in www.omanforum.com which can be quite pertinent.
