[Oman-l] Hoti Cave

Isn't Hooti a tribe in Oman. Hoot with a heavy H ( as if you pronounce 
Hasan in Arabic) means Whale but not Hoot with a light H.
Is  Al-Hooti cave with a light H or Heavy H (In Arabic)?!
