Alaikum Asalam,
The answer to your first question: is no, if you are born is Saudi Arabia
you do not become a citizen automatically; in fact as far as I know that in
all of the countries of the middle east, being born in any of them does not
give the right even to live there unless your parents are citizens or work
there legally.
Some countries e.g. Oman can grant citizenship to non-Omanis after they
fulfil the naturalization criteria, i.e. length of stay etc. Once you are a
citizen there is no difference as far as rights are concerned.
Concerning 'black omanis' I presume you mean of negro origin, (as there are
dark coloured Omanis) these are descendants of slaves hundreds of years ago
and are fully intergrated into the Omani society with tribal affiliations,
and there is no dicrimination as seen in the western world. The Omanis from
Zanzibar are originaly Omanis who had gone to East Africa when it was part
of Oman, some of them are of mix marriages, there is no stigma in Oman from
being of negro origin. The most important feature in Oman and other Gulf
countries is your tribal origin. your identity is your tribe. Even those
Omanis who have been granted citizenship who are of non-Arab stock are not
discriminated againt. How well you mix with the Omani society does not
depent on who you are but if you can speak Arabic or not. Many Omanis are
married to non-Omanis (both genders) and their children have gone up the
career ladder without any problems some of them with poor Arabic language.
Same is for other Gulf countries.
This is natural in all societies, how well would you mix in mainstream US if
you could not speak English?
