[Oman-L] By boat from Oman to Pakistan?

If anyone can provide information on the possibility of crossing the Gulf of 
Oman from the Omani coast to the coast of Pakistan (Gwadur? Karachi?)
by boat, please post it to oman-l@oman.org and copy your message to

to find a place in a dhow or if she wants to cross in a boat of her own.
