[Oman-L] By boat from Oman to Pakistan?

The question from Jackie Janssens <x_maya_x@hotmail.com> is whether there 
are passenger boats or commercial dhows going between the SULTANATE 
(Sohar, Shinas, al-Khabura, etc.) and the Pakistani coast. It does NOT refer to 
the dhows going from UAE ports to Pakistan or to the general possibility of 
crossing the Gulf of Oman in a boat, and the question is in no way related to 
the current situation in the region.
