Dear Mr. Fritsche,

Unfortunately, there is nothing like an Oryx-Fram you're looking for in
Oman. There is an Oryx Sanctuary in the Jiddat el-Harasis, however this is a
national park of key faunistic importance and too cannot easily be visited by the
tourist. Other animal collections are not public at all. What I might
recommend you is to visit Al Ain zoo in the UAE, close to the Omani border, where
you can see Arabian Oryxes under zoo conditions.
