I visited Jiddat al Harasi with faculty from SQU last year. They excellent have facilities for group educational visits, but not for general tourists.
However while we were there, we saw various tourist groups who were also in the Jiddat park as paying vistors living in commercial hotel tents, with such facilities as air conditioning. Who the tour guide company
was I don't know. The Jiddat al Harrasis facility is on-line, but how to contact them about this matter I am not sure. Perhaps major Muscat hotels might have information about such a visit.
