I was looking for the same programme which is produced by Salalah Municipality, the good news now is that (www.khareefsal.com) has been updated and the programme is available in the website.

I wonder if there is/are any websites of information about the Khareef
Salalah Festival, events schedule and other info about Hotels, tours, etc.
Some friends/families will be coming over from abroad to spend a couple of
weeks in Salalah sometimes in August.
If you know of any websites that have useful information and guidance then
it will help the people coming in to plan ahead & enjoy their stay more.
