[Oman-L] can he remarry someone who is in Oman!

Hi,

This is for my friend: He lives in Asia, used to work in Oman few years 
back. He is married but wants to remarry (without divorcing his present 
wife) a girl who works in Oman. She is not a Citizen of Oman. Does Oman law 
allows a person to remmary without the agreement of his present wife or 
without divorcing her?
