[Oman-L] Thanks, Omani lamb recipe

I would like to thank Stephen and Joachim for their prompt reply to my 
quest for the Omani lamb
recipe. Just in case anyone is wondering why I have this interest, a few 
years ago the New York Times published a recipe for Omani lamb based on 
the recipe in Marcia Dorr's book. I have been looking for the orginal 
recipe to compare them. If there is some interest I can type it and post 
it here.
